Elan MEP Ltd. was founded to meet the growing demand for independent client-side M&E advice. Due to proposed new regulations in the Heat Networks and Communal Heating sectors, this has also become a large strand of our work.

Our principal has worked in the M&E Services industry for over 40 years. He has wide experience covering Mechanical and Electrical services and Communal & District Heating. He is an expert on MEP cost and has managed the procurement of and concluded deals on 4 ESCo schemes covering 3,500 dwellings. In the last 20 years his focus has been on residential projects (25 projects covering 8000 dwellings total). He has also worked on two 5 Star Hotel projects in that time-frame. He follows UK Energy Policy closely and has been extensively involved in policy work for various UK Government Departments.
