Our Services
MEP Monitoring & Advisory Services
A main strand of our current work is our M&E monitoring and advisory (‘Watching Brief’) service for Clients on their projects.
This service works well for medium sized property development companies and contractors that do not necessarily have a full M&E team in-house.
HNTAS Heat Network Compliance
As Heat Network Assessors we offer: HNES Surveys, heat networks Quality Assurance checks, heat networks performance analysis, site audit, optimisation studies, system information & data collection, pre-audit analysis, technical review reports, dilapidation & condition surveys.
Heat Network ESCo Procurement Management
We can give standalone heat network ESCo procurement advice to our clients, on a new project or on any existing project. Our Principal has managed 4 major ESCo deals to completion, covering 4000 dwellings
Heat Network - Funding
We can support Public, Private and Third Sector clients in making applications for grant funding under the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero schemes. We can apply for Green heat network fund (GHNF) funding for our clients. We also offer an application service for the Heat Network Efficiency Scheme (HNES). The HNES funding provides for a 100% revenue grant to cover the cost of the Heat Optimisation Study. HNES funds consultant fees between between the amounts of £15,000 and £24,000 per grant application.
We have made successful applications for clients for both HNES optimisation study funding and HNES Capital grant funding.
